I am now just getting around to really looking back at the pictures and videos we took over the past week and a half and they put such a smile to my face and warmth in my heart. We had a wonderful Holiday with lots of love and laughter. At the same time it was hard as this was my first Christmas away from my mom ever at the age of 30, but thank goodness for technology.
Christmas was so fun seeing the excitement on Jack's face on Christmas morning. We all may have gone a bit overboard but it was his first real Christmas where he kind of knew what was going on. We all worked as a team a few nights before Christmas putting Jack's many gifts together. It was fun playing an elf, and I was happy we started the building a few nights before vs. on Christmas. We made bets on which gift Jack would go to first. All of us bet on the same thing so it was kind of pointless though. The basketball hoop and basketball. We know our little boy. He is obsessed with golf balls, soccer balls, basketballs, pretty much anything that he can throw, roll, or put in a basket. Our son does not sleep with a lovey, or stuffed animal, he sleeps holding a plastic golf ball. I think it means he is the next Bubba Watson but only time will tell.
These were some of my favorite snap shots from the i-phone I haven't had a computer for a few weeks so have not even had the chance to upload my camera pictures.
