I am not embarrassed to admit when I had Jack I decided to buy a designer delivery gown. Why? Because I figured like most other really important days in my life (wedding) I should have a special outfit. I got the idea from my fabulously stylish friend SMP, and definitely copied hers and bought the same one. Also hospital delivery gowns are ugly, and the thought of them being used over and over kind of grosses me out. Since then it has been my go to gift for all of my friends that are expecting. When I started buying these gifts I had very limited options. Gownies were my go to delivery gowns, and have served a half a dozen friends well over the past year and a half during their deliverys. Wish I would have thought about something like that - at my hospital here they didn't even believe in using hospital gowns, but I had no idea ahead of time!
