20 Minute Work Out

After a whirlwind of travel over the past week I am finally home for a little bit and can catch up on the good old "to do" list.  I eluded to a big goal I reached in my re-launch post last week and am getting ready to post the details tomorrow.  Bottom line it was a weight goal I have been trying to reach FOREVER! Like many out there wanting to lose "10 lbs" had been on my to do list for some time and I tackled it.  I will tell you all the details tomorrow but wanted to share this link to an awesome work out I was introduced to by some awesome people that helped me reach my goal.  If you are crunched for time, or want something to add on to your existing work out to blast some extra fat I highly recommend.  Be warned it is hard, but extremely effective!  Doing this 3-4 times per week I have definitely seen a difference in my legs and arms!
